Mom Brain was born from burnout.
As the breadwinner on top of also being the household CEO, HR, personal assistant, chef, CFO, manager and event planner, burnout was inevitable. The narrative that women's brains were just "wired differently" felt oppressive and much like an excuse to keep us perpetually stuck with the entirety of the Mental Load. The push to "educate our partners" was not enough--- real solutions were needed.
So I started asking a different question:
If tech can automate business workflow, why can't it help families share the mental load too?
That question became a mission.
Mom Brain quickly transformed from a personal outlet to a mission-- to create a resource hub for overwhelmed moms who were ready to stop carrying it all. Through AI tools, systems-based solutions, and products that spark real conversations -- both personal and political-- Mom Brain offers relief, not just more responsibility. Yes, there is no village.
